Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Fair Learning Access

At AtiSunya Edutech, we strive to provide quality education and clarity in all our policies. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which course enrollments may be canceled and refunds requested.


1. Course Cancellation by User
  • Learners can request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided:

    • Course access has not exceeded 10% of content.

    • No certificate has been issued.

  • Cancellation requests after this period will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • User has completed more than 10% of the course

  • Certificate has been downloaded or issued

  • Course is part of a discounted bundle

  • The program includes live sessions or workshops already conducted

  • Technical issues on user’s device (we provide full support, but the system must meet course requirements)


3. Course Postponement or Modification

In rare situations where AtiSunya Edutech needs to:

  • Reschedule a course or session

  • Replace an instructor

  • Update course content or delivery platform

We will inform you in advance and ensure alternative arrangements. No refunds will be made if the course value is retained or upgraded.


4. Refund Processing Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only

  • For Razorpay payments, processing time may vary based on bank or card provider

  • Registered Email ID

  • Course Name

  • Date of Purchase

  • Reason for Cancellation
