Digital Delivery, No Physical Shipping

At AtiSunya Edutech, all learning products and services are delivered digitally. We do not offer any physical shipments. This policy explains how our digital delivery works and the terms for exchanges or reaccess.


1. Digital Course Delivery

Once a learner completes a successful payment, course access is granted via:

  • A registered user dashboard on atisunyaedutech.com

  • Login credentials shared via email (if applicable)

  • Email confirmation with access instructions

You should receive access within a few minutes. If not, please contact our support team immediately.


2. Certificates and Materials
  • Certificates are digitally issued and downloadable upon course completion.

  • Any downloadable resources (PDFs, templates, guides) are provided within the course content or via email.

  • No hard-copy shipping is involved at any stage.


3. Exchanges and Course Changes

Since all course enrollments are digital and instant:

  • Course exchanges are not permitted once access is granted.

  • However, if you have mistakenly enrolled in the wrong course, contact us within 24 hours, and we may assist in transferring access, subject to eligibility.


4. Technical Access Issues

If you face problems accessing a purchased course or downloading your certificate:

  • Contact our support team within 3 days of the issue

  • We will validate your payment and help you regain access or reissue materials


5. Live or Scheduled Sessions

Live training, webinars, or workshops will be delivered as per the communicated schedule. No rescheduling or exchange is permitted unless the session is canceled by us.
